This labor-intensive process, along with premium ingredient sourcing, contributes to the higher price point. In return, our customers receive a fresh, high-quality product free from preservatives and artificial ingredients. Moreover, following are the main factors for higher price:
- There are plenty of nuts inside our Halwa as compared to other brands who put nuts only on the top.
- We use specialty made ghee from farm fresh milk/cream/butter which is key part of the famous Sohan Halwa taste. The commercially available ghee does not provide the same results.
- We prepare our own sprouted wheat flour which is a key ingredient in the Halwa making process (its not available in local market)
